National new energy (PV) graduation experience exchange meeting of the training

In order to further understand the national new energy (PV) training quality of the backbone of the training class and to explore the new mode of training, the School of Science held a graduation experience exchange meeting in the morning of December 15, 2015. The party committee secretary of the School of Science Wang Diguo, the dean of the School of Science Li Ziqiang, Dr. Lv Qinghua and the teacher in charge Dr. Ma Xinguo attended the exchange meeting.

At the meeting, the leaders and teachers of the School of Science fully learned the study condition and life of the students in the past three months. Li Ziqiang shared his experience and thinking about the direction of new energy. Wang Diguo talked about his reflection on participating the new energy national training project，expressed affirmation to the achievement of the training of the students and Proposed the refinement of the process control of training links and further improve the training effect of the requirements in the future. Training participants generally showed that they had harvest quite abundant in the training and expressed satisfaction and gratitude to the organization and management of the School of Science. Participants like Jiao Jian, Qin Tianxiang, Luo Xinzhi and so on, respectively, talked about their feelings and harvest of the training. Participants Chen Yangjun and Gao Maoling proposed recommendations on the subject of design innovation, interaction with other vocational vocational schools, and develop appropriate training materials and other aspects. These recommendations played a very important role as the reference to the future development of the work. Finally, Dr. Ma Xinguo summarized on the course teaching, enterprise training and teaching research.

Through the exchange of experience, teachers and students participated in the training deepened their understanding of teaching theory and practice on new energy. It’s believed that after the participants return to their units, they will actively apply what they have learned from the training to their teaching work. All agreed that the national new energy (PV) secondary vocational backbone teachers training class will do better and cultivate more high levels of secondary backbone teachers for the country. 2015 National New Energy (solar PV) Training Project (hereinafter referred to as: National Training Program) paid enrollment and training in our school for the first time. This period of new energy professional recruit 17 students from all over the country, each has participated all the training. The School of Science attached great importance to the quality of training, together with the assistant dean Lv Hui and vice secretary Guan Xiangjuan, the party committee secretary Wang Diguo Led the teachers and students to go deep into enterprises for many times and participated in the training practice guidance of JA Solar Co., Ltd. Yangzhou and JA Solar Co., Ltd. Hefei in person. At the same time, Hubei Collaborative Innovation Center for High-efficiency Utilization of Solar Energy provides a good platform for the study and practice of the training.
